HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, VT
Provide HR services and support to ensure a highly productive, motivated and trained workforce. Assist with recruitment and day to day HR duties as well as special projects as assigned. Requirements: Knowledge of HR law and functions. Ability to work with all levels of employees as well as in a fast paced environment. BS degree or equivalent in education and professional training and 3-5 years of HR experience required.
NETSUITE SOFTWARE ENGINEER - WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, VT
This position will work with the CIO to determine the priority and scope of NS development requests, implementing NS solutions/modifications that support groSolar’s overall business strategy. Requirements: AS/BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar, a minimum of 2 years of NetSuite development, experience with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to grasp complex technical subjects and communicate to non-technical people.
IT MANAGER - WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, VT
The IT Manager is responsible for aiding the CIO in the development of the technology roadmap for groSolar, the definition and maintenance of IT standards, the evaluation and implementation of new IT solutions, and the resolution and management of Help Desk work orders. Requirements: BS in Computer Science or 5 years IT managerial experience, plus a minimum of 10 years in the IT field, Project management, in-depth knowledge of storage, server and networking technologies, experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Global Policy, extensive experience troubleshooting Windows-based clients; locally and remotely and the ability to grasp complex technical subjects and communicate to non-technical people.
